Most students particularly the first time HESLB loan Applicants and beneficiaries rely struggle on how to Login in the HESLB account (SIPA) whether to check their loan status, check allocation, check loan disbursement or to sign their disbursement for subsequent money deposition into their bank account.

There this article is purposeful prepared to illustrate step-by-step process to be followed to log in into the HESLB SIPA account. Let’s get started!

How to Log in your HESLB SIPA Account?

It is ridiculously easy! Follow below step-by-step procedures;

Step #1: Visit HESLB OLAMS at https://olas.heslb.go.tz/olams/

You can simply type the URL above or if you find annoying just type the phrase “HESLB OLAMS” on the web browser, such Google Chrome see the illustration below;

Step #2: Navigate on the “Loan beneficiaries” section

Step #3: Select “Login” link

Click on the link embedded on the “Login” phrase

Step #4: Provide Login credential  

Here you need to provide credentials for login you created when submitting HESLB application (username and password), the username is usually your form four index number in “S1009.0001.2022”/ P1009.0001.2022” format as well as your password.

Step #5: Now you in your OLMAS / SIPA account   

After providing correctly your HESLB Login credentials you will be redirected straight to your OLAM account and whether the information you need to find out.  For instance, Loan Status, Allocation Figures, Loan Disbursement

How to check HESLB Loan Status?

  1. After you have Logged in as shown on the step above
  2. Go to SIPA section and select allocation
  3. Select the “Allocation” submenu to find out the Loan Allocation summary
  4. Finally Select the Academic Year i.e “2025/2026”
  5. Now the status will be seen; If allocated you see the Allocation breakdown and if not you see the comment “No Approved Allocation” for selected academic year

NB: You want you check for HESLB Loan Disbursement, do the same as afore explained!
